Leyton Showflat, London

This showflat in Leyton was designed to help the developer present the apartments in the most appealing and marketable way. Our interior design studio was commissioned to create a stylish and aspirational living environment that resonates with young couples in their 30s.

The concept focuses on a contemporary, trend-driven aesthetic that combines warm neutral bases with playful colour accents, layered textures and modern artwork. Soft peach, sage green and warm timber tones introduce character and personality while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

The design balances functionality with lifestyle storytelling. Open-plan living spaces were styled to highlight flexibility and comfort, while bedrooms were conceived as calming retreats with soft palettes and tactile materials. Carefully selected furnishings, artwork and accessories add visual interest and help potential buyers imagine themselves living in the space.
